We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. Sharing Information with Third Parties
Maior does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
Maior may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Maior, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Maior may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Maior or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Maior; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Maior, or the public.
Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Maior. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Categories of cookies we use:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies — required for the site to function (e.g., remembering your cookie consent choice). Always on, no consent required.
- Analytics Cookies — used by Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, referral source, approximate location).
- Personalization Cookies — remember your preferences and provide enhanced site features.
A full, current list of cookies (name, purpose, duration, first- vs. third-party) is available via our cookie preferences panel, powered by Consent Pro.
How consent works:
- Our cookie banner, powered by Consent Pro (Finsweet), automatically detects tracking scripts on this site and blocks them from loading until a visitor gives consent.
- Visitors located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland see a GDPR-style banner: non-essential cookies remain off by default and only load if you actively opt in, by category.
- Visitors located elsewhere, including the U.S., see a banner reflecting applicable state law (e.g., CCPA/CPRA for California residents), with the option to opt out of non-essential cookies.
- You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie preferences link in the site footer.
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through browser settings.
Google Analytics and Google Search Console
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC/Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), to understand how visitors interact with our website. It uses cookies to collect data such as pages visited, time on site, and approximate location. Google's use of this data is governed by its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). As of GA4, Google anonymizes/truncates IP addresses by default before storage, and we have not configured any custom IP handling.
We also use Google Search Console to monitor our website's presence in Google Search. It primarily provides aggregated search-performance data and does not directly collect personal information from visitors.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to: know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we've collected and their sources/purposes; delete your personal information (see exceptions below); correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — we do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA; and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Categories of personal information we collect include identifiers (e.g., IP address), internet/network activity (browsing behavior via cookies/Google Analytics), and information you voluntarily provide (name, email, etc.). To exercise these rights, contact us at shireen@maiorconsultants.com; we may need to verify your identity first.

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our records; and

- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
- Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;
- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;
- Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;
- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
- Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
- Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
- Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

You may withdraw consent at any time.
